Painful morning

This morning sudden attack by the menstrual pain and i was all alone at home. So helpless. Cant even stand up to get myself some water and pain killer. Was sweating like hell and so cold. The pain last for an hour to go off. That hour is so suffering. I wish I dun have that organ. I cant stand the pain. I dun want suffer.
