ReplyDeleteya lo....
ReplyDeleteno matter how still need to give angpau ady
where is the place?/
if high class one need to give more la
Looks like most of you suggest ang pow to me.. lol.. i kinda feel weird to give ang pow to someone elder than me.. lol... will try then.. thanks everyone.. :)
ReplyDeleteactually ang pow is just means that even though you cannot attend the wedding dinner but it's like you got to heart but can't attend so this little ang pow can enable the wedding dinner go smoothly that's all... doesn't matter to depend on the 'class' of the wedding dinner. in fact if you attend the wedding then in return you will get back ang pow too as you said she is older than you.. haha
ReplyDeletehaha.. yaka? but angpow just money, and money cant stay long... although it's useful to them..
ReplyDeletewhat i trying to say is angpow cant create a memory for them after many years... unlike something that can be keep to remind them that 'oh, this was given by who who during our wedding'...
can if you want to give them a memorable gift but in reality, if they were your very very close good friends which they appreciates you and treats you like your own good buddies then it's good to give them gift which will last long for them. but if it's not then why should you? then everyone of your friend invites you to their wedding then you ma have to burst your brain and pocket to think for their gift?
ReplyDeletep/s: i appologise if my opinion is too sarcastic...
